Privacy Policy

Numeya is a Telegram bot (@NumeyaBot) that reads your Destiny Matrix by your birth date. This page explains what we collect and how it is used. Last updated: 21 July 2026.

What we collect

• Your birth date and first name — to build your matrix and address you personally.
• Your messages to the bot — to answer your questions and keep the conversation coherent.
• Anonymous usage statistics — reading topics, ratings (👍/👎), token counts — to improve the product.
• Birth dates of people you ask about (compatibility, child's matrix) — used only for that reading.

How it is processed

The text of your question and the matrix points derived from your date are processed by an AI service (DeepSeek) to generate the answer. Your raw birth date itself is not sent to the AI — it stays with the bot. Payments are handled entirely by Telegram (Telegram Stars); we never see payment credentials.

Your rights

• See your data — /profile in the bot.
• Delete your data — /reset erases your profile, chat history and saved close ones. Anonymous statistics without your identity may remain.
• Stop messages — /stop turns off morning pushes.
• Questions or requests — /support in the bot; we read every message.

Storage

Data is stored on our server in the European Union (Netherlands). We keep it only as long as your profile exists.
